Dear Congressmen and Senators of Both Parties

Each and every one of you have violated the Oath you took when you accepted the votes of the People in your districts.  The Oath was to support the Constitution of the United States of America, to defend Her against enemies foreign and domestic.  In this you all have failed.  You have sold your services to the highest bidders (lobbyists, unions, and greed).  You have lined your own pockets with ill-gotten goods, special perks that are unavailable to the average American Citizen and set yourselves up in a style the European royalty of years past could only dream of.

You have destroyed the educational base of the Nation through “dumbing down” the system and creating a nation of sheep.  You have destroyed the manufacturing capability of this Country through taxation.  You are destroying our Military through defunding its programs and stealing the money for your “pet projects”.  And, you have committed many thousands of families to destruction through socialistic welfare programs that have failed at every turn.

In 2012, you have a chance to start turning this Nation around through lower taxes and incentives that can bring our Country back from the brink of disaster by returning numerous companies that have fled to our shores.

In 2012, you can rebuild our educational system through getting out of the way and allowing the States to control curriculum and teachers.  You could set some standards for completion at all levels of education, then stand back and watch as the system begins to work.  You’d be amazed how well this would work.  But then, you’d be losing power because the States would be able to do a better job than you can.

In 2012, The United States is facing many threats from both inside and outside the Country.  We are facing Islamist jihadists, radical unions, nuclear weapons in the hands of unstable governments, and the “Occupy Whatever” crowd of misguided, leftover tools who are actually protesting the wrong people.  Although, Wall Street and the Bankers have stolen millions, their thievery pales compared to what you have done.

2012 is the year you need to pause and reflect.  Do you work to save the Nation?  Or do you drive the United States onto the ash-heap of history?  

Letters to The Speaker of the House

Well!  You’ve Caved Again

Mr Speaker,

You were doing so well and now you've caved in again to Obama and his merry band of thieves.  Just when you are on the verge of winning, you snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

The TEA Party was born of Citizens who were tired of the wheeling and dealing with our money by a government that has gotten out of control and who believes that the feds know best about how to articulate, or ignore, the writings of The Founders.

Maybe you have been in DC too long and need a permanent vacation from public life and retire to Ohio before you are sent home in defeat by your constituency.  The time has come for the harried Voters/Taxpayers to send to Washington more Supporters of The Constitution.  People who understand what that Document stands for and how to respond to the Owners of this Formerly Great Nation.

We, the People, can no longer afford Presidents and Congressmen who believe that our wallets are their piggy banks.  You've had your chance and failed.  It is time for a chance.

Failure to Shutdown the Moneypit

Mr. Speaker,

With all due respect, you have caved once again to the Obama thugs and criminals.  You have approved One Trillion dollars to keep a corrupt government open and in position to steal more money from the Taxpayers of this Formerly Great Nation. 

Once again, the Republicans have proved that they can be bought, putting the American People deeper in debt.

You know as well as I do that the Obama Regime has no intention to cut spending, no intention to do the work that is required by The Constitution, ie: Defending against Enemies, Foreign AND Domestic which can include bureaucrats, politicians, judiciary, lobbyists and "czars" which are illegal in the first place.

Once again, you have proven that you are more willing to support a corrupt Executive Branch than work for the People who elected you and the Republican Party.

Once again, you have let the Voters/Taxpayers of the United States down.

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - The Pretender in Chief

One night I had a dream.  It was a dream about a powerful nation that had been conceived in Liberty and built on the ideal that, if a person worked hard enough, you could succeed.  Then I woke up.
I found the dream was broken.  It was broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Business, but mainly by the greed of government at all levels.  And, since 2008, we have had a Pretender in Chief - Barack Hussein Obama.

On the eve of Christmas 2011, I am forced to look back over our history once again and see where we are and where we have been.

Since the Declaration of Independence and the Revolution that split the United States from England, we Americans have fought an internal battle against numerous demons, among them was slavery which was one of the contributing factors to a fierce War of Seccession during the 1860s that split a country not yet 100 years old.  As the United States moved forward to the 20th Century, we experienced the expansion of our Nation at the expense of the Indians who lived on the Western Plains and "Jim Crow" Laws which made Black Americans less than whole citizens.  We overcame that injustice in the 1960s when the Voting Rights Act and several other important pieces of legislation were passed with the help of the Republican Party because the majority of the Democrat Party was opposed to equal rights under law.  The stage has been set for the first Black President of the United States.

Now, we have the Pretender in Chief, Barack Hussein Obama, whose father was a black British subject from Kenya who was never a citizen of the United States and had no intention of becoming a citizen, and a white mother from Kansas.  (see Note Below)
There is a question as to whether or not the present occupier of the White House is actually eligible to serve as President.  The question is whether or not he was born in the State of Hawaii or the Nation of Kenya.  As a resident of Illinois, the question of heritage was not a difficulty because he could be, and was, as State Legislator or a United States Senator.  However, this particular question became pertinent when he ran for the Presidency, because according to the Constitution, the fact that his father was not an American citizen by itself was enough to disqualify him from becoming the President.  This small requirement was ignored by the Democrat Party of Illinois, the National Democrat Party, and the Mainstream Media.

Since Obama was elected to the Presidency in 2008 and sworn in January 2009, he has traveled the world apologizing for the United States.  He has expended national treasure destroying our economy and our national will to resist the Federal Government and his plans to build a socialist nation in place of the capitalistic engine that built a great Nation that, for the most part, won two world wars and rebuilt most of Europe after World War II.  And now, in a recent speech in Kansas, he has admitted to being a Socialist and wants the government to control everything in your life.

In 2012, You have the chance to start rebuilding the United States as outlined in th eDeclaration of Independence and The Constitution.
In 2012 You have a chance to turn back Barack Hussein Obama and the Forces of Darkness which wish to destroy the United states of America.

Presidential Eligibility:
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible to the Office of President.  A President must:
          Be a natural born citizen of the United states. (both parents must be citizens of the United States.)
          Be at least tirty-five years old.
          Have been apermanent resident of the United States for at least fourteen years.

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - The 10th Amendment - Nullification

I found the dream was broken.  It had been broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Businesses, but mainly by the greed of governments, at all levels.

While the Constitution itself and each Amendment is being violated on a daily basis by Congress in general and this Administration in particular, it is the 10th Amendment that is the subject of this discussion. 
The question of Nullification has once again been raising its head with regards to States Rights and the Right of the People to refuse to surrender their Constitutional Rights to a central government that has gone out of control.  The People are beginning to honestly understand that the present government, the Congress, the Presidency, and the Judiciary do not have the best interests of the Nation at heart and that the people sent to represent them, at all levels, in the Nation's Capital are for sale to the highest bidder as opposed to working for theTaxpayers and Voters.  And, that the only time these erstwhile representatives listen to the voice of the people is when they want to be reelected to office.

The Constitution was created by The Founders as the Operating Manual for the United States of America.  This document outlines and directs the behavior of the Federal Government and numerous State Constitutions mimic the rules and regulations within.  When the framers of The Constitution completed the document. they realized that while they had included a set of levers that controlled the powers of Government, they had not really spelled the powers that belonged to the States and the People.  They almost immediately amended The Constitution with the First 10 Amendments - The Bill of Rights - that spelled out the Rights that are given to the States and the Citizens.  The Bill of Rights is at the bottom of this article.

Before you look at the impact of the Bill of Rights, you must look at the time in which the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution were written.  This historical information is readily available on the Internet if you wish to read it for yourself.

When the Thirteen Colonies declared Independence from England, they became thirteen individual countries.  Each one of these new countries had its own government with no more legal ties to the other except for the cooperative arrangements made in the War for Independence.  If the war was decided in the favor of the colonies, they would be thirteen separate little countries living on one part of the North American continent.  That's how things stood when the Declaration of Independence was announced after July 4th, 1776. 
One of the Founding Fathers, a Virginian named Richard Henry Lee, proposed a plan to bring these thirteen independent entities together in a confederation.  Lee suggested that a plan be put together and transmitted to the respective Colonies for the consideration and acceptance/rejection.  The Continental Congress immediately set up a committee to consider this plan and the Articles of Confederation was passed on November 15, 1777; was ratified by the individual colonies and became law on March 1, 1781.

The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution allows the States nd the Citizens of those States to hold the reins of the Federal Government and prevent a "royalty" from establishing itself through usurpation of the Constitution by elected officials in Washington, DC.  The Tenth Amendment is a simple, yet powerful statement telling the Federal Government that it has no powers other than those outlined in the Constitution and that the Citizens and the States are the "ruling class".

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Nullification:
Definition - The action of a State impeding or attempting to prevent the operation and enforcement within its territory of a law of the United States.
Example - The Sedition Act by Congress to abridge the Freedom of the Press was ignored by the States and became an illustration of nullification.
Because of the Tenth Amendment, some people believe that the States have the Right to declare laws passed by Congress null and void within the boundaries of the various States.  For instance, you can look at The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (Obamacare).  This act signed by the President has been challenged in court by 26 States as unconstitutional and, while the challenges have been working their way theough the courts, numerous companies have asked for, and received exemptions from the various aspects of the Law.  Several States have also passed laws that exempt their citizens from this confiscatory Act that will take over about 1/3 of the Nation's economy with no appreciable improvement to the availability of healthcare.
The government website http://www.healthcare.gov/ paints a very rosy picture about how the Act will make healthcare more accessible for the general population by not allowing insurance companies to refuse coverage for preexisting illnenss which is akin to a country putting together an army after it has been attacked.

The Impact of Nullification

Nullification is a Constitutional theory that gives an individual State the Right to declare null and void an law passed by the United States Congress which the State deems to have an inverse impact on its citizens and is unacceptable and unconstitutional.  The Nullification Concept had its first major test in the slavery/anti-slavery problems that faced this young Nation in the 40 years prior to the Civil War.  The question was whether or not the Federal Government had the right to tell a State what was or was not acceptable.  The result was over 600,000 dead Americans in a bloody war that lasted four years.

Nullification!  The very word sends shivers down the spines of the "ruling class" because it means that the People, working through their Local and State governments, are beginning to want their Country back and are demanding that the people sent to Washington remember who funds the Country and pays the bills.
As you looke at the damage done to this Nation since the time of Theodore Roosevelt by the three Branches of Government and review that damage in the context of The Constitution and the first Ten Amendments (The Bill of Rights), you too should make the decision that it is time to join with your friends and neighbors to tell the politicians in Washington that you are tired of a bunch of "ordinary citizens" setting themselves up as potentates and that they no longer represent you.  IT IS TIME TO TAKE YOUR COUNTRY BACK!  It is time to take it away from the politicians, unions, environmentalists, and other special interest groups who don't care about you daily life.  All they want power over you.  Each State has the Right, no, the Duty, to put an end to the power grab by the Federal Government and to tell the politicians that the free ride has come to an end, that they are no different than each of us, Citizens of the United States of America.  The Constitution is the Law of the Land, and is not to be usurped.  This war of ideas has been underway since the beginning of the 20th Century.  Today, we have a chance to regain our Country.  IT DEPENDS ON YOU!

 The Preamble to the Bill of Rights

"Congress of the United States begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-nine.

The Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution expressed a desire in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government will best ensure the beneficient ends of its institution.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Represenatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring that the following articles be proposed to the Legislatures of th eseveral states as Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all or any of which articles, when ratified by three fourths of said Legislatures to be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the said Constitution.

Amendment I

Amendment II

Amendment IV

Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for the defence.

Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the UNited States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shalll not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, o certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X

The Fall Of The United States - The United Nations

I found the dream was broken.  It was broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Businesses, but mainly by the greed of the government, at all levels.  And the United Nations.

On October 21, 1945, a war-weary world brought forth a new organization, created by the victorious powers of World War II, which was supposed to become a world body to prevent wars by discussing international difficulties and regional disputes allowing differences to be resolved without the necessity of resorting to hostilities.

That organization has become a giant corrupt bureaucracy with tentacles throughout the world reaching into the sovereignty of all nations, laced with anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism.

That organization has the desire to become the governing body for the entire world.

That organization, created out of the desire to build an organization that would bring Peace and Prosperity to the peoples of the many nations, wishes to be King. 

That organization is the United Nations.

From an innocuous in 1945 to the present, the United Nations has supported despots and tyrants to the detriment of freedom-loving people throughout the world.  The United States taxpayer provides well over 30% of the money that the U.N. spends and gets nothing in return except “you should give more”. 

Most of the “Peacekeeping” missions around the world, especially in Africa, are populated by thugs, rapists, and murderers.  The U.N. has never won a war, and even the Korean 'Conflict', in which the U.S. alone lost over 53,000 men, has not seen a complete resolution. 

The U.N. went to Kosovo and wound up with the United States, Britain and France spending most of the money and lives while the U.N. took credit for any successes and denied mistakes when things went wrong.

Haiti is another example of UN ineptitude.  The poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere and the UN can’t seem to help get it straightened out.  The US alone has spent nearly a trillion dollars over the years only to see that money squandered by dictators and UN contractors who have wasted most of it on excellent lifestyles as Haitians starve and remain downtrodden.  The UN has virtually nothing that they can point to as successful.  Even the UN Building in New York City is crumbling and the UN expects the US Taxpayer to rebuild it.

The United Nations is a symbol of an absolute waste of US Taxpayer’s money.  It is filled with spies and “diplomats” who know that if they were in their own countries, their lives would be completely different, and they would not have the lifestyle that they have on US soil.

Now, in 2011 and 2012, the United Nations is coming after you and your Rights as spelled out in the Constitution of The United States.  Part of this assault is in the form of the “Small Arms Treaty” which will require you as a Citizen of the United States to surrender any weapons that you own and depend upon the government to protect you in your home.  The Obama Administration is joining 152 other countries to attack American sovereignty by stripping Americans of the right to keep and bear arms.  Anti-gun groups are scripting language for the conference this year, creating a blueprint for other countries to follow when they meet at the full conference. 

For you, the American Citizen, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

The really sad part is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a serious enemy of Constitutional Rights, has already indicated that the Obama Administration will sign the treaty whether or not the Senate ratifies it.   Clinton has pledged to push the U.S. Senate to ratify the treaty.  She will push for passage of a treaty that is designed to register, ban and CONFISCATE firearms owned by private citizens like YOU, depriving you of the Right to defend your home and family from criminals who most likely will not pay any attention to the “Small Arms Treaty” anyway. 

You can be certain that the treaty is going to address private ownership of firearms.  Don’t let any of the “experts” lull you to sleep by saying “Oh, we have it handled” or “Until you know exactly what’s in the treaty you can’t fight against it.”  So, YOU, as an American Citizen, must fight back.  You must write or email your U.S. Senators and DEMAND that they vote AGAINST ratification of the UN’s “Small Arms Treaty”.  One letter or email is not enough; you must continue to “bombard” the Senate continually until this assault on Our Rights is defeated.

If passed by the UN and ratified by the U.S. Senate (where we must ultimately make our stand), the UN “Small Arms Treaty” would almost certainly FORCE national governments to:

Enact tougher licensing requirements, making law-abiding citizens cut through even more bureaucratic red tape just to own a firearm legally;

CONFISCATE and DESTROY ALL “unauthorized” civilian firearms (all firearms owned by the government are excluded, of course);

BAN the trade, sale and private ownership of ALL semi-automatic weapons;

Create an INTERNATIONAL gun registry, setting the stage for full-scale gun CONFISCATION.

 So please write your U.S. Senators before it’s too late!  As you can see, this is NOT a fight we can afford to lose.

The “Small Arms Treaty” is one of the many “plans” and “agendas” that are coming out of the UN.  There are plans to deprive you of many of the Rights that you enjoy under the Constitution of The United States.  Agenda 21 is another assault on your Rights and will be addressed in a future opinion piece.

At its inception, the United Nations was a flawed idea that should have gone the way of the League of Nations and the Dodo.  It has gone completely awry and should be ended once and for all.  The leadership has come to believe that they should govern the entire world to the detriment of individual Rights. 

I say that we pack up this entire gang of thieves and dictators.  Send them back to their homelands.  

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - The Entitlement Generation

One night I had a dream.  It was a dream about a powerful nation that had been conceived in Liberty and built on the ideal that, if a person worked hard enough, you could succeed.  Then I woke up.

I found that the dream was broken.  It was broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Businesses, but mainly by the greed of the government, at all levels and, The Entitlement Generation.

We have passed September 11, 2010 without any significant attacks by the “external” enemies of the United States.  There were two special elections on Tuesday, September 13, one in New York and one in Nevada showing that the people are no longer enchanted with Obama.  The only people still supporting him are the “brain-dead zombies” who want to suckle from the public teat a bit longer.

What will happen when the public spigot is shut off because there is no more money? 

Will we have rioting in the streets by the “Entitled Class” ala England? 

Will there be “no go” zones for police and fire officials, similar to those throughout Europe? 

To be honest, these are extreme examples.  The English rioting was fomented by the death of a petty criminal at the hands of the police and was used by anarchists to attack the English Government and its welfare system.  The second is due to the lack of assimilation into national cultures throughout Europe by immigrants from the Middle East, legal and illegal who have created their own enclaves within great cities of France, England, Holland, and Germany, among others.  Could we see this type of activity here in the United States?

The answer:  Absolutely!!

As I have explained before, in previous opinions, the United States has developed an “Entitlement Class” that has evolved since the Depression-era programs of Franklin Roosevelt and grown larger through the succeeding generations of politicians as they attempt to buy votes and retain their grasp on office.  To begin with, you must understand the definition of Entitlement.

An Entitlement is a conditioned state of mind where the recipient believe that he/she has a Right to certain benefits provided by the State because of either a Public Law or Contract.  This could be a government program that provides funds to the Elderly (Social Security or Medicare) or to the Poor (Welfare and Medicaid) as well as a belief that one is deserving of, or entitled to, certain privileges ( both of the above and including Congress? the President?) that others don’t receive but are expected to pay.

And therein, lies the rub. 

In the United States and other countries around the world, most citizens are beginning to understand that the money to continue these Entitlements as presently formatted is just not available and that changes must take place.  The burning question is how to make the changes while continuing the contracts already in place?   

Some of the alternatives to Social Security and Medicare have included maintaining the present systems for today’s recipients while allowing upcoming generations to build personal retirement and health programs as an alternative.  Opponents fear, that would take too much money out of the coffers and there would have to be cuts to the amount paid to present recipients, which in some cases would be devastating, or less paid to people who are on the verge of retirement.  And besides, it would take control of these programs away from the bureaucrats which is their greatest fear.

And then, you have Welfare and Medicaid!

During the 1960s, the Federal Government in a misguided attempt to help people, Black and White, who were living in what passes for extreme poverty in the United States created a Social System known as Welfare which was to be used to help the poor move up in the social system and out of “the cellar” as it were.  This has backfired tremendously, in that it has created another layer of dependency, destroyed families, and trained several generations of citizens that you cannot be expected to succeed on your own, so the benevolent Government will provide for your needs.  And this now includes illegal aliens who have been added to the system by politicians wanting votes.

The real travesty is that none of the above includes the “unfunded mandates” that the Federal Government has placed on the many States, forcing them to assume part of the financing for this misguided system of dependency when the States are unable to pay their own bills due to their own stupidity by funding programs at the local level in attempt to retain power.  I have a plan to repair all of this damage which I will discuss in future opinion pieces.

So now, we have the cretins in the streets demanding that people who succeed in the United States be “re-educated” or executed.  They are demanding free “everything” while not having to contribute to the process.  This is the Entitlement Generation at its finest.  Now WE have to take our Country back and put Lady Liberty back on the proper course to Freedom once again

But it can be fixed!  YOU can fix it if YOU wish by registering to vote.  By voting and then by continuing to review the work done by those who work for you.  This is a Representative Democracy.  It is run through the Ballot Box, not by mobs in the streets and not by Special Interest Groups with deep pockets.  YOU hold the keys to the kingdom.  Those keys are not YOURS to surrender!

The disease of Political Correctness started rearing its ugly head when I was a child.  It started by telling children that you could not call someone a name because that name would hurt the other person’s feelings.  It was started by school districts hiring “psychologists” who came up with terms like “being socially acceptable” and “peer pressure”.  Both of these terms have always been around and were understood, especially by the children who realize that in order to get along, you sometimes had to fight Johnny after school.  If you won, you won.  If you didn’t, there was always tomorrow and you got over it.  Children always keep score at a sports event even if the coaches and teachers don’t want Team A to beat Team B too badly because it will damage the loser’s self-esteem.  Well, guess what?  The only losers are the coaches and teachers because they are trying to teach the children that everything in the world is equal and all you have to do demand your “rights” and they will be given to you.  Nothing can be further from the truth.  Life is a series of success and failure; mistakes and triumphs.  You don’t always get the “Brass Ring on the merry-go-round”.

Your parents should have taught you that people are individuals, not part of a herd, and should be accepted as they are with all of their faults.  Each day of our lives brings us in contact with people who have personal and physical traits that may not fit our outlook on life.  This does not mean that they do not have the right to live their own lives/life-styles.  Conversely, other people have not right to attempt to force their life-styles on you.  I could go on for pages with attempts by individuals, religions, organizations, and governments to try to tell you that if YOU don’t accept their life-style, behavior, or religious path, you are a “bigot” or (fill in the blank)-phobic.

When I was a child, rode my bike and happened to crash, my parents didn’t get a lawyer and sue the bicycle manufacturer.  They told me, as they cleaned my scrapes, that the next time I would learn to be more careful. 

I am not a Doctor of any type, but I feel that the disease of Political Correctness can only be treated through the reorganization of society.  For example, take responsibility for your own actions and don’t try to blame the other person, the situation, or your predecessor on the job.

You may not always succeed in a venture, but that doesn’t mean you give up.  You regroup and try again

But today, due to the disease of political correctness, you have to watch what you say so as not to upset a listener, no matter how casual.  In England, a karaoke singer in a nightclub was arrested for singing “Kung Fu Fighter” because two Chinese who happened to by passing by on the street, heard him singing, and felt that it was insensitive.  It may have been that he really was a terrible singer and was “killing” the song, or the two passersby were just hyper-sensitive and reacted stupidly.  No matter, the singer was fined and told to be more cautious about his surroundings.

Today, if you attempt to teach your children respect for others, there is a distinct possibility that they will be ridiculed.  A woman will most likely use profanity toward a man who opens a door for her instead of saying “Thank you” and if you question your child’s teacher’s methods, you may be turned in as an unfit parent.

Can you imagine what this Nation would be like if the Pilgrims had returned to Europe when they ran into their first storm at sea?  Or the Pioneers had turned back when they got to the first big obstacle like a river to cross?  Or the Founding Fathers decided that the Colonies would be better off to live under the King’s Rule rather than “pledging their Lives, Honor, and Fortunes” to write the Declaration of Independence and Constitution? 

Today, the Grand Experiment is threatened from within. 

Threatened by people who have forgotten, or don’t care, what built this Great Country.  What it took to move away from the Eastern Seaboard that started out as a group of disparate Colonies, to become a Nation; span a continent, building railroads, cities and farms; then reaching out for the stars, venturing once again into the unknown.

Threatened by people who have a dark vision for the United States, to destroy YOUR individualism, to kill YOUR aspiration and desire; to wipe out YOUR success, yet demanding that that YOU pay for their dark vision by being stripped of YOUR success and dreams.

YOU know how to respect others.  YOU don’t have to be told by unappointed “Guardians of Political Correctness” how to help those in need, those who are less fortunate by circumstance or choice.  YOU don’t need to have legislation passed by people that YOU elected telling you how much money is needed for the “Common Good”.  YOU know these things because your parents taught you, because YOU went to church, because YOU have read and understood the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and The Bill of Rights.  YOU understand as our Founders did that God has given us certain inalienable Rights.  Now the minions of the Left, the Barack Obama’s and George Soros’ of the world, these people who absolutely hate everything that this Nation stands for are using the very pillars of our system to destroy us, to make us into a Third World nation of slaves.

This is still a Free Nation.  YOU still have the chance to turn this process of destruction around, to return us to the Vision of Our Founders.  YOU have the ability to build on what They saw as opportunity and once again, turn back the Darkness that threatens us. 

This is still a Free Nation.  Today YOU must reach out to your family, friends and neighbors across this Land and work together to stop this cancer that is threatening us.  To remove the tumor that started as Political Correctness and evolved into a hydra-headed monster that is devouring YOUR home.

Political Correctness is destroying our Nation, our Way of Life, and allowing our enemies to win the War on Terror.

Today YOU must take the stand!  Tomorrow is too late!

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - TODAY, October 7, 2011

One night I had a dream.  It was a dream about a powerful nation that had been conceived in Liberty and built on the ideal that, if a person worked hard enough, you could succeed.  Then I woke up.

I found the dream was broken.  It was broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Businesses, but mainly by the greed of the government, at all levels.

Today, we have a supposedly “unorganized” protest that attempting to overwhelm the capability of the financial and legal system to properly operate.  These “protesters” have decided that THEIR Rights to whine and receive “freebies” are more important that YOUR Rights to work, earn money, pay your bills and succeed in life.  And now, they are being supported by the community activist Obama and his union thugs against the system that built the United States.    

Today, we have the “Occupy Wall Street” whiners who are demanding increased participation in their lives by the Government even as many of us want a smaller government to stays out of our lives.  They want Free College Education, a living wage even if unemployed, and complete medical coverage.  The interesting part of this is they want all taxpayers to pay for these benefits although some feel that Entrepreneurs (Wealthy) should be sent to “re-education camps” or executed if they don’t pay their “Fair Share”.  The question is actually three-fold.  Part One: where did these people come from who are demanding all the “freebies”, and Part Two: who do they think actually pays the tab?  Which brings us to the Third Part of the question, do they really even care?  I dare say that they don’t.  The majority of these “protesters” don’t even know why they are protesting.

As I mentioned in a previous opinion piece, our parents and grandparents have unwittingly sewn the destruction of the United States.  Every one of our enemies throughout the years are now camped alongside the parasites in New York attempting bring down Wall Street and World Finances.  Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Chairman Mao and others who occupy the pages of history are marching in the streets providing moral support to the communists, unions, and Democrat Party activists who are taking advantage of the fact the YOU have not paid attention to YOUR Rights under the Constitution.  That YOU did not participate in what YOUR child was being taught in school.  

These people are demanding “Freedom” while striving to take away yours!!!  These people are demanding that you give them “Freebies” while taking away your right to make a living.    
 

Now, more than ever, YOUR NATION NEEDS YOU!!  Participate in your children’s schools!  Register to Vote, AND actually VOTE!  Talk with your friends and neighbors about local and national issues because everything that happens within the Country will eventually affect you and your family.

Now, more than ever, YOUR Representatives need to know you how YOU stand on the issues facing this Nation.  If the “protesters” at “Occupy Whatever” realize that the majority of the People of the United States DO NOT support their actions, they will retreat back into the shadows and cellars along with the political demagogues of the past.  The systems that were Socialism and Communism have already been proven failures wherever installed and tried, but there are those who believe the only path to a “One World Government” is equal poverty for all throughout bankrupting the financial systems of all nations.   

This is our Nation, and it is up to us (YOU and ME) to maintain its viability in the face of political anarchy.  This does not mean you have to be cruel, or arrogant, or be stingy toward others.  Like a marriage you have to work out differences and move forward as a People and as a Nation, These United States of America.

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - The Fall of The Dream, Part Two

One night I had a dream.  It was a dream about a powerful nation that had been conceived in Liberty and built on the ideal that, if a person worked hard enough, you could succeed.  Then I woke up.

I found the dream was broken.  It was broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Businesses, but mainly by the greed of the government, at all levels.

To anyone who has read The Federalist Papers, The Declaration of Independence, or The Constitution, I recommend that you read them again and try to understand why these documents were written and what they mean.  There are too many people, elected and appointed officials as well as average citizens, who don’t understand the meaning of these documents and others who don’t want you to read them so you will not know what you are losing as they tear these papers into shreds and take away your freedoms.  Anyone who has not read any of the above, I suggest you do before they become unavailable to you.  And the way our “government” is leading us, I fear they will disappear to the ordinary citizen.

Little by little, the Federal Government has gotten into your personal life, giving you crumbs while taking loaves of bread.  This covers both the Republican and Democrat Parties as presently constituted.

The Founders had a dream that they could build a nation to withstand the test of time, beyond the control of petit dictators.  They even created a Constitution that separated the powers of government into three separate, but equal branches hoping that this would offset the basic greed of men.   These three branches are now showing that small-minded men can usurp the dreams of giants.  The Judicial Branch has decided that they know better than Congress and has been legislating from the bench for the past 50 or so years.  Congress has decided that they do not have to listen to the voters who put them into office.  They set themselves up with pay, pensions, and healthcare beyond the reach of the taxpayers who foot the bills and then they exempt themselves from the laws that all other citizens have to obey.  The Executive Branch, beginning with Theodore Roosevelt and coming forward to our time, has felt that it can run the country through Executive Orders, effectively bypassing Congress and the will of the people.

For instance, Theodore Roosevelt created numerous departments in the government that are still with us today.  Woodrow Wilson attempted to create a world body that would unite all of the governments into one controlling organization.  Thank God the League of Nations failed or our freedoms might have been snuffed out in the early 1920s.  Franklin Roosevelt created Social Security that was supposed to supplement a person’s savings when he/she retired from the work force.  This was supposed to have been voluntary and was not to have been taxed.  See what happens when greedy politicians enter the scene?  And now, we have Barack Obama, who has decided to relegate the United States to the status of a Third World nation.  He has decided that the population of the United States (legal and illegal) has to be covered by health insurance for which the individual has pay whether or not he wishes to have coverage.   In “Obamacare”, they have talked about the possibility of a single-payer system (the Federal Government) and rationing of services (read “Death Panels”) for terminally ill citizens, similar to the system in Great Britain. 

The upshot of these various governmental departments, world bodies, retirement and healthcare plans is that you, the citizen, the taxpayer, the voter, the owner of this nation are being dispossessed in your own country by greedy politicians who bow to the altars of special interests.  You have only a very narrow window of opportunity in which take a stand and retake your country from these petit-dictators who would be kings, and that window is rapidly closing.

You, as a citizen of these United States must talk to your friends, neighbors, and co-workers.  Join groups like the Tea Party and write your Congressmen/women.  Tell them that you want your Country back.  It does not belong to them.  You do not work for them, they work for you.  You elected them to office and you can remove them just as easily.  Now is the time to take charge, tomorrow may be too late.

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - The Fall of The Dream, Part 1

One night I had a dream.  It was a dream about a powerful nation that had been conceived in Liberty and built on the ideal that, if a person worked hard enough, you could succeed.  Then I woke up.

I found the dream was broken.  It was broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Businesses, but mainly by the greed of the government, at all levels.

Great nations have disappeared from the pages of history due to military action, inept leadership and, just plain failure to face changing times.  Great nations have disappeared from the face of the Earth due to natural disasters.  But one great nation is about to disappear due to greed on the part of its citizens, politicians and the inability of all to face reality.  This nation is the United States of America.

Oh, it may stagger on for another generation or two, but because its citizens have neglected their basic duties – being involved in local, state, and federal government by voting, “making their voices heard” and, actually overseeing the work of elected officials who, after all, work for the taxpayers, they have allowed mini-fiefdoms to be set up across the country fueled by money provided by special interest groups (Sierra Club and other environmental organizations, lawyers, big businesses, big unions, and several different types of minorities (gays, homeless, illegal aliens, etc.)).

These various special interest groups are backed by people who have agendas that are being forced down your collective throats.  Agendas that range from “free” education and medical services for illegal aliens, civil rights for animals (PETA) and others but all revolve around one driving force – GREED!

The main proponent of these groups are the people who grew up in the ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s whose parents and grandparents lived through the Great Depression and felt that because they had suffered, their children would not.  Therefore, they worked very hard and provided their children with the fastest cars, the best educations, vacations and other perks that their parents did not have when they were growing up.  Now, the children are repaying their parents by destroying the very engine that provided this life for them – The United States.

These children have reached adulthood and have taken all of the benefits provided by their parents into the public sector and are demanding more and more services without considering where the money is coming from to pay for those services.  In one way or another, we are all guilty of this transgression against the dreams of our parents, whether sitting around receiving welfare benefits or unemployment because we are too lazy to go out and get a job because “it does not pay enough”, ignoring politicians who are taking payments from businesses, unions, or other special interest groups and leaving them in office term after term because “it doesn’t affect me”, or not voting because “it doesn’t make any difference”.

WE are these children!  WE have violated our parent’s dreams!  WE are the ones destroying a nation built by visionaries, who fled from tyranny in Europe to found a system that is built on equality, not perfect, but at least one that gives each person a chance to earn what he/she wishes.  Each person has the opportunity to “reach for the stars”.  Each person may fall short, but if you keep reaching, you will achieve.  Too many of us have decided that our dreams should be financed by someone else’s labor and success.

The tomorrows of the United States are built on today.  If today is an example of what we are looking at for tomorrow, then the United States will become a footnote in the pages of history, much like the Mesopotamians, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans and the British Empire.  A civilization lost in time, merely a dream that some people saw, but never allowed to reach its potential due to the greed of its citizens.

The Fall Of The United States - The Next Day

On September 12, 2010, the People of the United States and their Government were truly united.  We were trying to figure out exactly who or what was responsible for the cowardly attack that murdered 3,000 innocent people the day before.  But we were united.

What has happened since then?

Well, we watched as the US Military destroyed the Taliban Government in Afghanistan, Saddam Hussein in Iraq and as our own Government was toppled from within by American Socialists masquerading as the Democrat Party.  To be sure, they were voted into office by the Entitlement Class of citizens who pay no income taxes, or very little, and receive the bounty of being an American citizen (or not). 

In 10 short years, we have heard politicians and ministers go from singing “God Bless America” to saying “God Damn America”. 

In 10 short years, we have gone from a Nation standing proud as the leader of the Free World to a Pauper State led by an avowed Socialist with criminal connections to political and union machines that will stop at nothing to keep him in office although he has already proven a traitor to The Constitution and the vows he took when sworn into Office as President.

In 10 short years, we have watched the shredding of Our Constitution and Bill of Rights as politicians at all levels from Local, State and Federal Governments have reached out for more of our money in order to pay their supporters at the expense of the Common Man - the people who create the jobs and the folks who pay the bills.

To be sure, the dream the was The United States was far from perfect and had  numerous missteps on the road to Equality, but was quite a bit better than most of the other Nations that exist around the world.  Generally, you are not chosen to succeed because of your family or political connections.  You can succeed because of perseverance and hard work.  Your family can plan to send you to college, or you can attend by completing a contract with the Military or taking out student loans.  Either way, you have that opportunity.

Ten years later, the United States has awakened in a completely different world, a world with a completely different set of rules.  A world where the media believes itself to be a branch of the government.  A world where politicians believe the taxpayers and voters work for them and that The Constitution is just a sheet of paper.  A world where our Government is for sale to the highest bidder and our Rights, as set forth by the Founding Fathers are being trampled in the dust of the streets.

Today is September 12, 2011 and Ten years have come and gone since that September morning in 2001 when our Nation was attacked and 3,000 of our citizens murdered by cowards from another part of the world.  Cowards, who believe in an unforgiving version of God.  Cowards who died believing that they had brought the “Great Satan” (The United States) to its knees.  They did not succeed!!  But, you, the citizens of the United States, by turning your backs on The Constitution, its Bill of Rights, and by closing your eyes to our greedy politicians and whining special interest groups, are completing the work that they started on that September morning.

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - A Remembrance of September 11, 2001

As we look back over the decade that has followed the attack on the United States by Muslim Terrorists on September 11, 2001, you can ask yourself “are we, as individuals, any more prepared for another attack, or natural disaster, than we were on that day?”

In my mind, the answer is a resounding “NO!”

We have gone to sleep, safe in the lulling arms of our Government who is reassuring us that this won’t happen again while attempting to “play nice” with the very forces that perpetrated this outrage.

The storm clouds are there to see on the horizon.  The “Arab Spring”, the uprising in Libya, the protests in Syria and the “no go” zones in cities all over Europe where the police and firefighters dare not enter without armed support because the “peaceful” Muslims have made life extremely dangerous, even when a mosque is burning down.

On September 11, 2001, I lived and worked in Northern Virginia, just a short distance from the Pentagon and was in my office that morning when the first plane hit the World Trade Center.  I thought it was an accident.  Then the second aircraft hit the Towers and I knew we were at war.  I went up to my company office in time to watch the smoke climb into the blue skies above Washington, DC from the Pentagon as the third hijacked airliner slid into that building.  I got home in time to watch people in the Middle East, the “peaceful” Muslims, dancing and celebrating in the streets.  A war that had been fomenting for over 600 years had arrived on our shores.

So, America, as you remember where you were that day, a decade later, on September 11, 2011, remember that the Forces of Evil are out there waiting to strike again.  And, whether these Forces strike from within, or without, they will strike.

THE FALL OF THE UNITED STATES - The End Game

One night I had a dream.  It was a dream about a powerful nation that had been conceived in Liberty and built on the ideal that, if a person worked hard enough, you could succeed.  Then I woke up.

I found the dream was broken.  It was broken by Big Politics, Big Unions, and Big Businesses, but mainly by the greed of the government, at all levels.

Today, the argument from the Liberals, Socialists and resident Communists is that the United States is too big, too powerful, too greedy and has to be brought down to the same level of other nations to “level the playing field” and “make things even for all”.  To this end, Obama was elected by the “Entitlement C\lass” to destroy Capitalism while providing the fruits and benefits of that system.  He has done a pretty good job doing exactly what he was hired to do and has brought the Middle Class to its knees.  The death throes have been noticed at the peripheries, in the small towns and selected industries, and is moving in ever tightening circles toward the center of our Nation closing down businesses that generate work and expanding the government role as the main provider of jobs. 

The main problem with this idea is that the government is not an effective management company.  All you have to do is to look at the Social Security and Medicare Programs to check the capability of the management skills available at the Federal level.  Then you look at the states and cities that have been run by politicians with a Liberal or Socialist mindset (both Parties) and you will see a complete breakdown of services and the rise of cronyism in which the mantra is “who you know”.  Chicago and Detroit readily come to mind.  Detroit has been completely destroyed with numerous neighborhoods resembling war zones and those who are departing are even exhuming their deceased loved ones and taking the remains along to a new location.  Chicago and New York have confiscatory tax structures that have people fleeing for other states with a more favorable climate, both tax and weather.  The remaining citizens are struggling to continue the level of services to which they have become accustomed.  A more serious part of this situation is that those who have fled are demanding the same services from the new location requiring increased taxation to provide those services and the spiral continues.

Enough is Enough!!  The Taxpayers of this Nation are being fleeced in order to provide an ever increasing “Entitlement Class” that demands more and more “freebies” without having to work for them.  They are demanding free medical, free education, free vehicles, free utilities and free citizenship, if you sneak into the Country across the open border that the Federal Government refuses to protect and then files law suits against States that wish to protect their citizens for invasion. 

Enough is Enough!!  It is time for the Taxpayers of this Nation to stand up and demand that their Rights be represented!  It is time for the Taxpayers of this Nation to demand that the State and Federal Government understand just who pays the bills and for who the politicians and bureaucrats at all levels work.

Enough is Enough!!  It is time for You to demand that the politicians at all levels from your local government upward to the Federal Government read, understand, and adhere to The Constitution and it’s Amendments including the Bill of Rights which they seem to have ignored over the years.

Enough is Enough!!  You must write your Congressmen and Senators to tell them that their days are numbered and that they will be turned out of office and the People will make certain that they will not be allowed back into elective office.

Are you ready to take back your Country.  Today is when you start to regain your United States! Put your Congressmen on notice!!  2012 is coming!!  All you can hope for is that there is an United States to save!!
